Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using NexGoro services. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
By accessing or using NexGoro services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
NexGoro provides AI automation solutions, online ordering systems, WhatsApp-based ordering & integrations, backend dashboards, APIs, and workflows. Services may evolve over time.
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind a business (if using on behalf of a company).
Clients agree to provide accurate information, use services lawfully, ensure menu, pricing, and content compliance, and not misuse AI, automation, or messaging systems.
You may not reverse engineer or copy NexGoro systems, use services for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities, compete using proprietary knowledge, or overload or attack the platform.
All software, workflows, AI logic, prompts, designs, and branding are the exclusive property of NexGoro. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the service.
Fees are agreed separately (subscription, setup, usage, etc.). Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. Taxes (VAT) are the client's responsibility.
NexGoro is not responsible for payment gateway failures, WhatsApp API downtime, or hosting provider outages. Third-party terms apply independently.
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or force majeure events may occur.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexGoro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the last 3 months.
You agree to indemnify NexGoro against claims arising from your misuse of the service, violations of laws or third-party rights, or incorrect data or content you provide.
We may suspend or terminate services if Terms are violated, legal risks arise, or payments are overdue. Upon termination, access may be revoked immediately.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private unless legally required to disclose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of the UAE.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
